Casting My Vote

It is the right, and I believe the duty, of all Americans to be involved in our political process and vote. We have the chance to make a difference in the world that we live in and in our representative government. If you don't vote, you don't have any right to ever complain about anything that the government does or doesn't do. Voting is your chance to express your views and elect people that represent you.
Now, that is all well and good, but what if one of the candidates for, oh let's say President, doesn't actually really and truly represent you in the full way that you would like to be represented? Obama is young, sharp, clean, and articulate and that is awesome. McCain is a hard nosed maverick with a military record and proven leadership and I like that in my Presidents. Mike Huckabee loves God and can play a musical instrument, also cool. And Hilary, well, she is another one of the candidates.
So I went to go vote this morning, considering being strategic and using the right that I have to cast a vote for any candidate out there. Then I found out that the democratic polling place was at some unknown elementary school, so there goes the first democratic vote I might cast. So I went to the Republican polling place which was much more convenient (yes yes, that is how I made the decision) and cast my vote for the candidate that I admire the most. The republican with something to say and a very unique style in which to say it.
That's right, Ron Paul is my man.
