4 year old secretary?

One of the people that is very interested in becoming a One Key Member owns and runs a group of daycare facilities in the Midwest. This afternoon when I was calling her office a 4 year old answered the phone; "Hello, daddy?"
Sounds like it has been a long day for the daycare workers.
