Holiday Week

It is the day before a holiday weekend, a long weekend in which not much productive will be done by the masses of America. These weekends always through me for a loop because until the morning of the holiday, I don't see a great reason to slow down or stop working. 4th of July Eve is not a recognized holiday, but even yesterday I could already tell that even the most intense of business people already had tired head and were looking through the holiday colored glasses for the rest of the week.
I like taking a much deserved and sometimes much needed break just like the everyone else, but as I look at what I need to get done today, I wonder how much of it will be slowed down by the vacancy of those that I intend to work with, time will tell....People will start answering their phones in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.... Happy 4th.
