I love "No"

My job is to ask people to make decisions. Big and small, each time I pick up the phone, I am going to try and cause a decision to be made. (Ben Affleck in Boiler Room) Will they call me back if I leave a message? Will they allow me to take the next step in the sales process? Will the say "YES" and close the deal? Will they say "NO" and close the deal? Will they say "I am still considering my options" and ask me to call back in a week? What is the purpose of the call? To cause action. What is the most annoying thing in the world? People who avoid any type of action. I would much rather someone tell me "No" than tell me "Maybe" when they know, and I know, it is actually "No." "In a moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing.
