Forced Slow Down

Note to self: Before going on a long walk for your morning coffee (Venti Drip, black - of course) it is important to check the weather report. Heck, maybe even just the sky. Had I done that this morning, I wouldn't be stuck on the covered patio at Starbucks on Knox, forced to contemplate life and its meaning.
Alright, fine, it is not so bad. But between this and Christmas, I have had quite a few forced slow downs this week.
