Villanova By Way Of Texas A&M

Last night, Villanova won the National Championship on a buzz-beater to finish one of the best games I’ve ever watched. Tonight, I am going to be speaking at Villanova and doing my best to deliver one of the best speeches ever heard. I like when the stars align like this.

The fun part about speaking tonight at Villanova about “The Future of Work” and how “Technology is Disrupting Everything Including You” is that this opportunity is in and of itself a product of technology keeping people in touch. I was invited to speak at this event by Bethany Adams, the Assistant Director of Faculty Development and Student Support. But before Bethany held that title, way back when, she and I were freshman together at Texas A&M and members of Aggie Leaders Of Tomorrow.

Because of technology and its ability to keep us more connected than ever before, Bethany and I have been able to keep tabs on each other’s careers and moves across the country. And now, after not having actually seen each other in over a decade, she’ll be putting on a championship caliber event and I’ll be sharing some buzz-beater thoughts on entrepreneurship and the creative economy.

If you’d like to tune in, I’ll be sure to tweet the livestream link before I hop on stage.

If you’re in Philadelphia and would like to attend in person, check out the event page for more information!
