Frightening How Much We Are All ALIKE

If you haven't had the chance to see this incredible 8:00 minute short film, it is 100% worth watching. It shows the systematic way that our schools and corporate cultures are killing our creativity and sucking the life out of us for the sake fitting in and being a part of the normalcy that is expected of us from an early age and shunned through institutional pressures from the time we enter kindergarten. 

This is going to change in our life times as anything that can be explained how to do will be replaced by a machine knowing how to do it. The only future of work is that of creativity and excelling in things that can't be systematized.
